• 500-1,000 sqft: $320/month ($80/visit)
• 1,000-1,500 sqft: $380/month ($95/visit)
• 1,500-2,500 sqft: $480/month ($120/visit)
• 2,500-4,000 sqft: $640/month ($160/visit)

Service Terms & Fees

• Travel fee: Properties outside St. Pete/Tampa may incur $15-25 travel fee
• Contract terms: 30-day notice required for contract cancellation
• Visit cancellation: 48-hour notice for individual visit changes
• Supplies: Client-supplied or we provide at cost + 15%
• Scope changes: Additional services beyond contract quoted separately
