- Studio: $129 per turnover
- 1BR: $155 per turnover
- 2BR: $195 per turnover
- 3BR: $245 per turnover
- 4BR: $295 per turnover
- 5BR: $350 per turnover
*Assumes host manages own linens. For full linen service, see add-ons below.
Linen Service Add-Ons
We wash, dry, and make beds on-site
- 1 bed set: +$35 (adds ~1 hour)
- 2 bed sets: +$65 (adds ~2 hours)
- 3 bed sets: +$95 (adds ~3 hours)
- 4+ bed sets: +$30 per additional bed
Note: For 10+ property hosts, we recommend outsourcing linens to a commercial service (we provide referrals). This maintains faster turnarounds and better margins for volume discounts.
Volume Host Program
The more properties you have, the more you save
- 1-2 properties: Standard pricing (0% discount)
- 3-5 properties: 5% discount on all turnovers
- 6-9 properties: 8% discount on all turnovers
- 10+ properties: 10% discount (MAX) - *must outsource linens or manage own*
Additional Benefits: Priority scheduling, same-day turnovers, dedicated text line, monthly invoicing, stored property profiles
What's Included in Every Turnover
Full Reset
- Kitchen: counters, appliances, sink, trash
- Bathrooms: tub/shower, toilet, sink, mirrors
- Bedrooms: surfaces dusted, floors cleaned
- Living areas: vacuum, mop, dust
Host Services
- Restock essentials (TP, soap, etc.)
- Quick damage check
- Photo verification sent via text
- Communication with host if issues found
Service Terms & Fees
- Emergency turnovers (< 4 hours notice): +$75 rush fee
- Travel fee: Properties outside St. Pete/Tampa may incur $15-25 (waived for 6+ property hosts)
- Cancellation: Cancel up to 12 hours before at no charge. Within 12 hours = 50% charge
- Heavy condition: Excessive damage, pet soiling, or hoarding quoted separately
- Restock tracking: We'll alert you when supplies run low (TP, paper towels, soap, etc.)
